new snapshot

A new snapshot is available at:

There is also the intended replacement for the MLton html directory at:
http://www.intertrust.com/star/sweeks/html.tgz

Everyone should install, try a few tests, and check out the user
guide to make sure things seem to work.

Suresh, once everything works, if you could install html.tgz at the
MLton web site, that would be great.  Let me know when you do so, and
I will send out an announcement to mlton-discuss.
