upcoming release

I've put a snapshot of the new MLton home page (including the rpms) at 

	http://www.star-lab.com/sweeks/mlton-home.tgz

This is almost the release version.  What's missing are

	a couple of compiler bugfixes by me and Matthew
	the change from -i to -include 
	
Please take a look at everything, especially the documentation, man pages,
examples, web pages, etc.  As you can see by the version number, I'm hoping to
get this release out on Friday.  I can't believe we're almost there.
