I think the right table is with the none column containing the absolute size
and the other columns containing the ratios.

I vote for including the table.  We can delete another proof or shorten 6.1 to
make space.  I also think the absolute sizes are interesting, at least for
showing off MLton.

BTW, I think the compile times in table 1 are wrong -- they appear to be for no
analysis instead of for Adom.
