Here  is a second chunk of statistics.  Where as the previous table concerned
visitors to the MLton site, this one concerns people who downloaded something
(i.e.,  *.rpm  or  *.tgz).  Again, the first column is the day the week ends.
The second is the number of IP's that downloaded something  that  week.   The
third is the number who downloaded that week and who had never downloaded any
thing before (where before means after June 3'rd).
