I will try to ask on the SDL-list about the SDL-main thing. But how
about
for Win32 cross-compilation? Should I just put the #include for the
WinMain library or do you prefer the way with a different main library
for MLton? (and in that case I would really prefer to leave it to
integrate with the makefiles etc. - but I can create the main
libraries...).
