Where do you want the CVS tarball to go? The /home/groups/m/ml/mlton directory is clearly intended as the main directory for Apache, not any CVS. I have to say that my initial suffering at Sourceforge is, by itself, enough to convince me that no project I am in control of will ever go there. What a pathetically badly organized set up.
