OK.  I put mlton-1999-7-12 on the download page:

	http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=50419

It is the last stable release that had the -d (for defunctorize)
option.  It's three years old, so beware.  I at least tried a simple
example and it worked.  :-)
