Unfortunately -cc resets the list of -ccopts, so, whenever you use
-cc, you also need to pass all the ccopts from the mlton script.

Maybe we should have a separate switch -ccopt-clear to reset the
ccopts, and leave -cc so that it only sets the C compiler?
