I get a segfault with the following program when compiled with
-basis none:

val _ = 1 = 2

Polymorphic equality should be the only identifier bound for this program.
It also segfaulted with the pre-basis-2002 MLton when compiled with
-use-basis-library false (although in that version, = isn't infix, but
that doesn't matter).
