[MLton-devel] bug in knownCase

There is a bug in the knownCase pase.  It shows up when compiling
kitreynolds2.sml with a modified version of MLton that runs knownCase
twice.  You can do this either with -loop passes 2 or isolate
knownCase by adding the following line to ssa/simplify.fun

    ("knownCase2", KnownCase.simplify),

Matthew, can you look into this?
