Hi Stephen.

Thanks for the reminder.

I made a brief start but was sidelined by a series of unexpected
interruptions since last I wrote to you, the most recent of which was the
unexpected curtailment of four weeks leave during which I had hoped to get
on with the job.  I now must go to the middle-east for couple of weeks and
my schedule after that is unpredictable at the moment.

My aim is to do something about this project but I don't want to make any
more false promises until I actually have real code to send to you.
