[MLton] New mGTK pre-release

Hi,

Finally Henning and I got around to make another pre-release of mGTK:

The big changes in this release are:
* Gtk+ 2.4.x is now required.
* Many new examples.
* Flags (as specified in the gtk.defs file is now supported - use a
   list of the flag you wish to turn on).
* GType is now supported.
* Array type arguments are now supported.
* Out-parameters are supported

Give it a spin and let us know what you think.
