[MLton] Welcome to John Skaller

Welcome to John Skaller, who has joined the MLton mailing list.  John
has three decades of experience in industrial programming, some
experience with OCaml, and is new to MLton/SML.  He is the
designer/implementer of Felix, an ML-style language with a syntax to
attract C/C++ programmers.  Felix is implemented with a whole-program
compiler (hopefully we have something to share there!) written in
OCaml and generating C++.
