[MLton] MLton Debian package for etch

As can be seen on

the fix that I put in for MLton Debian package version 20061107-1 has
now made it past the autobuilders on both SPARC and HPPA.  The only
remaining problem is on PowerPC, which is dying in the call to gcc as
before.  Given that the build succeeded everywhere else, this must be
a too-little-RAM problem.  Wesley, you helped us before to work around
this by uploading a binary package for PowerPC.  Could you do that
again?
