You should attach the pdf to

if you don't know how to do this.

Call the file Shipman02.pdf.

You should then edit

  http://mlton.org/References

to change the broken Shipman link, currently

  http://web.access.net.au/felixadv/files/output/book/index.html

to point at the attachment.  The syntax is

  attachment:Shipman02.pdf
