[MLton] Welcome to Lal George

Welcome to Lal George, who has joined the MLton list.

Lal is a long time SML programmer and contributor to SML/NJ.  He is
currently the founder and CEO of Network Speed Technologies
(www.network-speed.com), which builds tools for the Intel IXP network
processor.  Lal is also the sole author of Ambric's production
compiler (implemented in OCaml) that targets their reconfigurable,
concurrent, multi-core processor.

We're glad to have his ear on the list.  Welcome!
