[MLton] Welcome to Scott McMurray

Welcome to Scott McMurray, who has joined the MLton list.  Scott is an
undergraduate studying electrical engineering, and is interested in
programming language design and implementation, all the way from
front-end issues to backends like LLVM and HLVM.  He wants to follow
the discussion on the list to get information he can use in a compiler
he'd like to build.
