Wesley pointed out that it is probably not appropriate to include a
'release' value in the name of our source package.  That is, rather
than being named mlton-20100608-1.src.tgz, it ought to be
mlton-20100608.src.tgz, reserving the 'release' value for downstream
distributions to increment as necessary to track downstream changes
against the fixed upstream version.  [As far as I can tell, MLton has
never incremented the 'release' value for a fixed 'version' value.
We've always released a new version to fix bugs in an older release.]
I've added a so-named source package, and made it the link from
mlton.org/Release20100608.  If your downstream distribution references
the upstream source package, it probably makes sense to reference the
newer name.
