[MLton-devel] new release of MLton

We are pleased to announce a new release of MLton, the whole-program
optimizing Standard ML compiler.  This is the first stable release
since 20020410.  The major improvements are:

	+ MLton now runs on FreeBSD.
	+ The garbage collector now uses mark-compact and generational
 	  collection in addition to the already-used copying collection.
