Here are all the functions in the basis library that can raise overflow.

Int.{div, quot, +, -, *}
IntInf.toInt
Real.{checkFloat, toInt}
Word.{fromString, scan, toInt}

I guess it makes sense to turn it off for all Int functions but leave it on for
others?
