I probably just cut-and-pasted the option in main.sml.  It should be false
by default.

> Is it supposed to be on?  Is it still too slow for self-compiles?

I haven't had a chance to think about how to speed it up.  I need to spend
some time with the profiler and try to figure out what is really slow.  I
think it's about 1.5 slower than -native-live-stack false on a
self-compile.
