[MLton] Compile MLton on MingW

Hi,

I am trying to compile mlton from a fresh svn source tree on mingw (using
the mingw MLton 20051202 release), but I hit the error documented in this
thread

Error: ..\lib\mlton\basic\vector.sml 10.29.
   Variable type in structure disagrees with argument signature.
     variable: unfoldi
     structure: _ -> [ 'a t ]
     signature: _ -> [ 'a t  * 'b ]


I am holding high hope that someone already have a patch set that could get
me going again.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
