[MLton] Memory problems with latest CVS?

I found the cause of the space leak -- the refFlatten pass.  For now,
I have disabled refFlatten in simplify2.fun while I work on correcting
the problem.

Brent, hopefully you can now bootstrap again with a clean CVS HEAD.
You must bootstrap with 20040227 though, since 20040819 has the leak.
Let us know how it goes.

Matthew, I don't think it is likely that this is connected to the seg
fault you are seeing.  I haven't yet reproduced it, but I am working
on it.
