Stephen,

I just think about such a thing as good editor and documentation.
As for editor - I see, there is no clear solution (except for (X)Emacs, 
which is not for everyone), but as for documentation, I just think 
about make a-la PHP documentation - it will be useful for me, while 
studying language and useful for community to have good references for 
all standart + libs + user comments. I can not promise I will do it, 
but I think I will try. The only one (small) problem is that I don't 
really think, that wiki good for that...
